Terms and Conditions

Shipping & Handling - All orders are shipped within 21 days via UPS. Shipping and Handling fees are included in the price of each pair of shoes shipped within the U.S.A. Please call or e-mail Customer Service for shipping prices outside of the U.S.A.

Return Policy – You may return or exchange all unused shoes purchased at Obadiah Brown within 30 days of receiving your delivery. A return label will be provided with your order. For your protection, we ask that you please ship back your delivery via UPS so you may track your package. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. If you have any questions regarding your order or return information, you may e-mail Customer Service at obadiahbrown@comcast.net and we will respond within 24 hours.

Privacy Policy- Obadiah Brown respects the privacy of our customers and will not sell or trade any of our customer data with any other companies.
